From  Hillsboro Rd., take Black Horse Pkwy, and cross over Spencer Creek Rd. into "The Parks at Fieldstone Farms" neighborhood. Once you pass Stanley Park Dr. on the left, the parking lot and pool area are on the left side of Black Horse Pkwy. The swimming pool is just inside the gate, although you will have to wait for someone to let you enter the pool area.
